We’re happy to see you here! Are you already familiar with Avertic Armour? Good. Or is all this new to you? Great! We love curious people. Either way, we would like to give you a short introduction to Avertic Armour – its origin, inception and future. So, let’s go.

Let’s start by saying that Avertic Armour is one of Engtex newest brands and products.
In short, it’s a protective textile designed specifically for the security industry, preventing break-ins and other attempts at penetrating things like vehicles and security doors.

The origin of Avertic Armour comes from our other protective textile with a similar name – Avertic. Since the late 80’s, the unique chainsaw protective textile, that is Avertic, has protected hundreds of thousands of forest workers around the world.

In 2014 we discovered another suitable area for our protective textiles – the security industry. The number of burglaries and break-in attempts increase worldwide every year, and the tools criminals use are getting more advanced and accessible. So, after three years of product development and hundreds of tests Avertic Armour was born.

Well for starters, the panels are extremely light weight. This is important within logistics, where you want to keep your weight down to a minimum and your precious cargo safe. Another thing is how easy it is to mount the panels. You can literally put it up in a few minutes and your strong room, security door or safe – becomes even safer. And finally, we always tailor-make the panels specifically for you. This means you share your measurements with us – and you get your very own panel according to your object.

Avertic Armour is still a new product to the security industry, and we are constantly finding new areas where the panels can be applied. It can be in high-value-transportations, security containers or within construction sites. Sometimes it’s our clients that have new and very specific requests – other times it’s our geniuses at R&D that discovers new solutions to old problems.
